New Years Resolutions

Yikes!  It's that time of year again for those New Years Resolutions!  I have decided to share my number one resolution with all of you to make me accountable.

I have decided that this is the year I will Loose The Weight!!!!   My ideal weight is 114 lbs.  This morning I weighed 150. OUCH!  That's 36 lbs I need to loose.

First off you need to understand that I hate exercise and I love food.  But I'm not an idiot I know I must move to get this weight off.

I will be posting each Monday on my progress, any tips and recipes that may have worked for me that week and my weight, yes I said it my weight each Monday!

I've lost my mind but maybe this will work.
