Ok, not going so well.
Here are my stats for this week.
To be honest I only worked out 4 days this week and found that morning is NOT my thing during the work week. I am changing up my schedule to walk in the evening to see if that is better.
The Diet also proved to be difficult given the current stress level at my house with OP still unemployed.
However, I won't give up, week number 2 here we go!
